I picked up one of those (the 699) with a broken balance for crazy cheap a few months back. Really nicely made but just a little too big. 41mm I think. Has anyone made a Pam style case with an inner diameter bigger than 39 other than the 60mm Egi?

I am not sure you could find a PAM style case for this movement (on eBay, AliE,…) unless it is custom made for you.
But what about a PAM style pocket watch in a NAWCO pocket watch case.

You could replace the handle with a PAM style buckle.

I would have started a project like this (for a friend of mine) if I had found a case for 6497 or so.

Man, that’s a good idea! A Goliath size Panerai style pocket watch as a desk or table clock. Time to hunt eBay for 60mm cushion case!
