Something I just found out and wanted to share: the display caseback from a 40mm 6498 "Geervo" watch fits perfectly on the mini fiddy and 45mm rad cartel cases (the ebay cheapies). It's very thin and has large opening.

Good to know. I have a full drawer full of CB's that probably fit other cases. Will have to check when i need one.

I think it's due to proportions.

55mm case = 26mm lugs
43mm case = ~20mm lugs
