He’s pretty famous for ignoring WhatsApp and not responding for weeks at a time or pretending he isn’t there.
I’m surprised then if he’s available then how it’s been so challenging for him to refund money owed for weeks now that he took.

Yes, since he is banned that's the only way.
Don't confuse contact methods with getting things done and ready.

In this past banned members had provisional use of PMs.
Hopefully he is learning his lesson and no longer being shady and shifty as he has been over several years.

No, you can try sending one to them but they cannot access the pm inbox.
Email messages sent from the forum are not reliable.
It's a feature of phpBB software and we cannot do anything to change that.

He is occasionally online but he doesn’t reply and if he does reply it’s most likely irrelevant to the question!
We advise to keep trying or insisting until he gives up and reply.

What a piece of work.
It’s same exact drag out scam tactics he did with me a couple years back.
Is there any legal recourse at this point for those who are out their hard earned money or their goods?

Sad to see this happening to so many members here, I tried to point out many red flags in the way he conducted his sales years ago and was shut down then. Sorry to see it took this long to come to this. It's one thing to get behind but when you keep making promises and continue to take more orders and money while it happening along with his "Rolex" sales on eBay then it just looks like you are a crook, not a modder.
