Order Stuck in Indonesia - for four weeks

Hello,
I am fairly new to the forum and am after some guidance please.

In the middle of July I placed an order with Adrian at Athaya after he re-opened his "shop".

Unfortunately my order hasn't moved in over four weeks and has stood still as being collected but still in Indonesia.

I have had a few return emails from Adrian, but as yet nothing has been resolved.

Is this it common for his parcels to remain stationary for so long?

Thanks

Geoff

It could be several things, I have sometimes noticed that tracking stops when in transit and updates are not available.
I have not personally had any problems with parcels from Adrian, but many things are not like they used to be.

My recent order with Adrian took a long time. He communicated well and from all I could gather this issues were not in his control. Mine was also seemingly stuck for a bit, and then had a very long passage through customs in San Francisco.

My parts arrived today. All I can say is they were well worth the wait. Thank you Adrian!
