Yes but you don't need to spend that much money.

There are the following possibilities:
- first try the repair it by a local watchmaker. It could be an easy fix. Image
- the cheapest solution: Asia 6497 clone but this is going to be a visible issue.
- try to find the same movement from a rep TD. They sometimes offer these movements separately or on RWI.
- try to find on eBay an UNITAS 6497 in a pocket watch for max. 50-60$. The item should be in US or Canada in order to avoid high shipping cost.

Maybe I have missed further solutions.

You need a high beat movement; 6497-2 to have a proper watch. If it were me Iā€™d get an Asian and move the movement plates over to the new watch. An old pocket watch movement is going to tick loud and be slow beat. This is a modern watch not vintage.

The micro adjustment screw for the swan neck is missing - it could have been jolted out when you dropped it if it was already loose. It's possible that this is just jammed in the movement.

I would recommend taking the case back off and have a look for it. A little compressed / canned air might dislodge it.

If that is not the issue it's likely a snapped balance shaft (again from the shock). I'd buy an A6497 on ebay ($30) and use whatever parts are necessary to fix the existing decorated noob movement.
