I am not convinced. Dial looks like one from Vietnam dealers bivintage store, you can find him on ebay.
Crown guards have something strange to me, they look too short and crown seems a little too fat like the 6 mm crown they put on cartel reps in place of a 5.3 mm one.
Case sides are def over polished but the bottom side seems to be purposely rounded like in an attempt to slim down the case. Lug holes are very softened, this is another common issue with reshaped case sets while genuine ones have crisper holes.
Bezel teeth looksa bit too thick and serif insert is commonly available aftermarket on ebay
Not 100% sure because of few pics and low res but definitely concerned
