The watch.... how is the quality?
It's a cheap plated skin diver from the 70s. But surprisingly has been holding up really well.

I've had it for close to a year, came to me supposedly serviced. The movement looks clean and it keep good time. I have it in my regular wrist rotation, so it gets worn two or three times a month. I got it because of the awesome patina and aging on the dial and hands.

You'll see many have them on eBay as Sicura Breitling. In reality it has very little to do with Brietling. The owner of Sicura purchased some Breitling equipment and/or parts when Breitling went down some time in the 70s and some people are shamelessly using that for marketing.

Overall its what in the collectors world would be called an undesirable, but I enjoy it tremendously.

Interesting, I didn't know that the whole Sicura Breitling connection was a hoax.
