Nice one, seems to have all the carateristics of a gen ! But no box nor papiers, what do you think? Movement has correct valgines markings ! And case is ok

GEN i think and definitely a rare bird but no box and papers are an issue!

As Perezcope pointed out, it is/was a scam and everything was removed from eBay.
