Cant wait to get them back now, everything is ready for the cali build, and dials on the way from bigwaved for the type D

In headstock, i removed runner so spindle is direct driven by dc brushless motor.
Bigger chuck and backplate.

Raised whole lathe at cast iron feet.
Also added tapered gibs at saddle.
Drilled chip plate, added coolant reservoir and pump.
Made modifications to gears transmission and plate where they reside but it still need some tweaks.
Added carrier ring for dividing plates at spindle...
Made new steel QCTP....
And stainless steel wheelsImage
