how ur experience with uv resin for the dial?

Better than regular resin. Only downside is you don't get resin to sit completely flush with the surface.

The advantage is that is easy to apply, no bubbles, etc.

You need to clean it with alcohol once it's dry because it leaves a sticky surface.

Mostly shiny. Shinier than plain satin.

But, good quality and fresh resins (they have an expiration date) don't need that extra step thus making it look even shinier.

Guys, I'm a little undecided on completing my build. I think I will mount the black dial with the gen Unitas 6494 movement. The Mare Nostrum dial seems more appropriate to me with a 3646 case. I hope to make the right choice.
