Hands are not dagger hands from sf240.
It is bigger than sf240, it is key wind, it is not sf190. Can be sf390 with a key in center

I think that I missed a detail, the spot where the lume is widest should be straight and not look like an arrow. A picture of the back of the case would help.

I am still looking even after I already own one, the only things changes is I am now more mature towards it after few years of wasting money bidding on the wrong model and learn to be patient waiting for the correct priced one. And it is very curious since i have 616 that i still have in its original case to have serviced and put in thé right case, hesitating between 6152/1or 3646
