thank you all for the advises.
i swapped the balance with another movement and both worked but timing is really out as in few hours fast and slow .
i managed to break one movement with my "delicate "hands while trying to regulate .
left with one tat is running extremely fast and regulator is maxed out .

qn
1) i need a link for 6497 movements to replace the one i broke or "balance spares".
2) what can i do to try regulate the super fast running watch when regulator maxed out ?

1) Asian or ETA/Unitas movement?

2) Have you swapped balance assemblies between a 18000 BPH and 21600 BPH movement?

u got me there my friend .
i do not know as only 2 6497 i had .
i sent to a friend who is trying remedy it , worst to worst he has a movt i can swap in one. at least saving one and i get myself another movement from the bay
