I am using 44mm Parnis case without CG. You can lower the stem hole when you replace it with Athaya 9mm Rolex crown and tube since you need to redrill and thread it. When you redrill the hole align the drill lower since Athaya tube bigger hole. My Parnis Rolerai build i need to put 2mm spacer to make it fit. I used bottle cap red plastic spacer

does the job.

For Mini Fiddy an no CG 44mm case it is possible to use Sillix tall bezel (from NW, 3646 sale section). With that bezel you can use 37mm 6152 and 3646 dial.
Here is a build with that bezel and NW dial

Ah.. also you can use a case from automatic movement (ST2555 or 7755).
There is much more space from stem to bezel since auto movement is thicker. So can use thick dial and thinner movement. But need to reduce the diameter of dial.

Love that build, as mentioned in the other thread, this is one of the builds I want to make. Got me a fully serviced rep OP X with engravings for that.
What kind of cannon pinion/hour wheel did you use for that build? H3 or an even bigger custom one?

3-piece in a 47 mm 3646 case from River will not work. It is only for one piece (0.8mm thickness) dials.
I can't remember how it is with his other cases. Perhaps another member can chime in here.
Hey Hako, River’s other case sets still will not support a thicker dial. I have both his WL and HL case.
I had been in touch with Adrian (Athaya) and he said that his bezel+midring+CB combi would work on the river cases and this can hold a more thicker dial (3-piece dials too)

Never had three piece dials before, only the usual one piece PAM dials.
Was pretty bummed when I saw that the A6497 movements I ordered came with H2 cannon pinion/hour wheel which are obviously not high enough.
Now before I order a set of H3 parts (wich cost about the price of a Asian 6497), will they fit the river 3 piece dials?
I’m gonna build another 44mm mini fiddy for wich I already have a (rep) OP XI movement for but I want to be sure that if I order three sets of parts, I can actually use them. Not sure if I’ll use the NW three piece or two piece dial yet.
As I’m still studying, going all the way with the 150$ hour wheel mod is not an option.
Or is the best option the tall barrel hands? IMHO they are too long for the 44mm case compared to the size of gen hands.
for the 2mm dial for the eta 6497 you need h3 cannon pinion/hour wheel and also the long tube hands
this ones are not 150$

I really like that red and black contrast!
