Here is a reading for one of my radium lumed watches.

Over a hundred is questionable. I remove all lume from old watches, one can't be sure. It's not that I am concerned myself, but people are in common.

Most of my radium watches were much lower, in the 30-60's range. This one was the highest and kind of scary levels.

I saw this chart somewhere:
Health Risks of Radiation
Dose Rate, μSv/h
Health Risk
>10,000,000
Lethal: Organ failure and death within hours!
1,000,000
Severe: Vomiting
100,000
Severe: Radiation poisoning
1,000
High danger: Evacuate immediately!
100
High danger: Heightened sickness risk!
20
High danger: Sickness risk!
10
Danger: Relocate now!
5
Danger: Relocate ASAP!
2
Elevated risk: Take safety precautions e.g. in an airplane at a cruising height
1
Safe: Short term habitation only, e.g. in an ascending or descending airplane
0.5
Safe: Medium to long term habitation, e.g. surrounded by granite walls.
<0.2
Safe: Normal levels...

That is how it is. The sum of it all can be hazardous over time.
All my old watches are in a container in my safe.
