Was that for real, or something with devious origin?

A quick fix for delivering an improved watch on the 60s.

Divers were supposed to get a 6152-1 at that time but apparently this was a recycled watch.

Only one example is known to exist.

Great information. Thank you, Emilio.
Emilio, is the whereabouts of this watch known?

Not really.

Maybe it was repurposed and disassembled.

I am pleased to say that this is my watch. I didn't even know that until Joe told me .I thought it was pix of another one he made but he didn't make any others... He really takes great pictures and made it look amazing. He hand made that strap and I never bought it unfortunately. I do have a black Horned Crocodile on it now. That might change but i'm really not a Nato person. We had discussed how I wanted it and I decided that as weird as it would be, that putting the CG on it would make it more unique. I wasn't sure that was a great idea as there are many Purists out there that might find that a problem. I guess not because it seems that many like it. The movement is a Skeletonized one. The glass display back is engraved with a little phrase from my wife because it was a birthday present from her. Definitely a keeper. Now it will become an heirloom I guess. Not quite a Patek or Rolex to pass on, but a lot less pretentious and a lot of good sentiment attached.
Thank you Joe and thank you all for your positive comments. I'm not used to that on the forums...usually people pick apart whatever you have to show how much they think they know . This forum is refreshing and positive. I hope it continues to be fun and informative.

Joe, what's the minimum cases needed to produce a small batch of these?

Not sure it would matter unless were making them from scratch. That one the cg was shaped to fit the case.
I have to make sole bronze 3646, ill see if its easier to do them like a standard case with the cut out but i think that way detracted from the lines of the case. Make sense?
