this is a very hard decision. I would keep the better condition one. so the no date would go. but honestly I would like to keep the no date one. so if possible, I would swap the dial and movement

I know that Tafari is right .... you could sell the one (without date, Miyota) and keep the other one (with date, Eta Enicar) to get a new dial with feet for the eta movement, but without a date.

I would sell the Big triangle, and would try to find another big triangle (no date) dial for the one you keep.

Easy, if the aged version looks too forced to you, sell that. You can age the other one afterwards. I would take into consideration the date thing too. A matter of preference I suppose.
