What a job offer! This will be for your little straight eight engine, right? If I just had the skills...

I have a couple of belkin dials and they are stunning! If I recall right he knows about chemical blackening the brass as well...

One of these.

I do have "room" for a 2-2,5 mm thick dial as the cannon pinion is 5,10 mm and the hour wheel is 3,10 mm.

I suddenly realized that I now have a strap and buckle issue, but it is a problem for later.

I like those dials. They will go great in a build.

You will not have any problems with strap and buckle. It seems like the makers are all based in Europe.

Yes, I think so too. My concern is the sewn in buckle, but it is a luxury problem.

If the buckle is something that can somehow be nibbled out of steel, brass or titanium - I‘d be most happy to discuss this with you!
If it is a preexisting one I‘m sure someone will dig it out of his drawers...
