There was also an incident while he was walking his dogs and he let them attack someone else's dog, I read the story a while ago but can't recall where.

Both countries make sense because a lot of Italians and Germans moved there after the war.

Re perezcope: there is some knowledge there sprinkled on top of a whole lot of bullshit and assumptions based on his limited handling of a few original watches.
It is annoying and dangerous when someone handles one original watch and then extrapolates details to all other watches, specially when these watches were hand-finished.
