Don't think skin tone makes a difference, unless it's yellow

I don't know how much brown colour is visible on this photo. I think this leather and color fit good to brown dial.. This is old military bag and I don't want to cut it in many straps. This is how I imagined..

While sourcing for suitable new straps and budget, I found an old cartel mustard strap and maybe this color works...
