Thanks Gordon, although I didn’t know you well you always corresponded with kindness and grace. Thank you for helping facilitate the onward forwarding of one of your watches from its previous owner in Germany.

Really sad news for the community Gordon. Though I have known you for the last 5 years or so, I have always felt that I've known you long long before. I wish you all the best for your retirement and hope to meet you sometime in a pub to have our most loved malt whiskeys. Thank you Gordon for having been like an old brother to me.
