I feel you! I try to combat those issues eating plenty of prebiotics foods

I am pretty much back to normal now, regarding the infection.

I was a bit too quick there, the antibiotics killed my stomach as there was blood in the toilet yesterday.

Hopefully it is the antibiotics and not yet another cancer.
