Got the leatherette off of the dental case I’m working on. Peeled off and like most things in antique furniture held in place by good old fashion hide glue. Which Means all I had to do to get the residue off was moisten it up with warm water on a rag, wait for a minutes and then scrape off the goo.
Now it’s all naked and I need to decide if I’m putting a new leatherette cover back on or a walnut or maple veneer.
Can’t wait to fill it with my hoard of parts sitting in a big cardboard box

Rinse and repeat.....
Actually I’m a bit stuck on my lucite 3646. Need to get a bezel and decide on a movement.
