I thought this would be easy. Custom reamers/broaches to fit into my Seitz tool. On the right you can see two factory reamers from Seitz for jeweling. On the left four reamers I made to do 616 and 6497 watch hands.
The shank has a taper that needs to match the holding tool. The reamer has a 3 degree taper and then it has a relief on the cutting edge that runs parallel to the cutting edge (with the 3 degree taper). I felt like Clickspring making these. Will harden and temper them this evening. Give them a final polish and should be good to go.
