This right here. It's evocative of the Rolex bubbleback models, and would look great as a 40-42mm dress piece. Imagine it scaled down with the case done in rose or yellow gold. It would look brilliant.

If they wanted to take the pocket watch conversion route they should have at least developed a specific case.
Look at what Zenith and Bell&Ross did.
