I don't know, it's a mystery mid case that I got from another member here, bezel and case back came from a welded lug (I think river) case that I had,
I took the shine off and used some chemicals on the case and polished it up a bit after

If I were to guess from the corners and the lug welding of the midcase, plus the absence of material at the crown tube, I would guess Athaya 3646. It's exactly what mine looks like.
