The case is by Davdew - I recently purchased the watch here, so can't take credit. I have only added the Cordes french ammo strap, NW lug bars and Adrian's display case back to allow the 616 to shine.

I understand that this case was finished/polished by Davdew himself, which adds to the rarity as he didn't do this often.
