I am not expert on this but I think Cort 592 was never used by Panerai.
For people that enjoy all watches

is based on the cort.592, so might be a little big for the usual buildsbuddhabar wrote:https://www.ebay.it/itm/BELLISSIMO-ANTI ... 635-2958-0

No, it is not based on 592.tafari wrote:is based on the cort.592, so might be a little big for the usual buildsbuddhabar wrote:https://www.ebay.it/itm/BELLISSIMO-ANTI ... 635-2958-0

It is more on cal.534/526 that are one size bigger. 18" for 590/592, 530, 532, 542 and 19" for 526, 528, 536, 540, 548. 40.85mm vs 41.85mm. 18"/40.85mm base plate ca be reduced to 40mm for installing in common cases. 41.85 will not be possible to reduce because will need to cut from bridges and case modified for balance wheel.
Also thickness, it is 5,7mm+ this will make it impossible to install in cases without a hard mods of case and casebacks.
This 19 lignes movements are good foe Egiziano 55mm+ builds.

Very nice.nje2791 wrote:The cal 540 looks nice in an egi build.
