to me, the front looks like cartel 6152 no CG, the side has the chunkyness of new DSN 6154 (maybe selfmade), the CB looks like a solid one selfmade into display...
for the movement i stay with my military-pocketwatch guess...

This case is the typical Aliexpress case. There are 2 variants: one with that recess around the crown and the other with a raised area instead.

Can be some variation of Cortebert 51* series. But can't be sure what precise model.
Escapement wheel bridge is different than 514, 516, 518
