Odokadolo inserts are engraved and then painted

I put my money where my mouth was; The dial and bezel insert "pop". They really look excellent and like a watch 20 times the price.
Unfortunately no lume on the dial, weak lume on hands and pearl. The bezel is tall, in the modern style, unidirectional with 60 clicks. Flat glass.
The bracelet is very cheap looking. It reminds me of a Vostok one. Single links looking like 3 part. Comfortable but it lets the rest of the appearance down. I think the case is chromed brass rather than stainless steel.
The case back looked like it screws on but instead it is press fit. The movement is quartz, the second hand "sweeps" at 4 beats per second. Before seeing it I had visions of either replacing the dial or putting in a domed acrylic crystal and aging the whole thing like a vintage skindiver.

Neither seems worth the effort so I swapped the bracelet for a suede strap and I'll just wear it as a desk diver.
