I wonder if our forum could tackle a 6497 clear bridge project. I don't know about plastic, but just yesterday I was reading about milling glass. I'm sure you could mill plates out of glass. the idea is genial, think about a 3/4 bridge, it would be looking amazing. I guess even you could use polih plexi but where I see the problem is, how to press the jewels inside, glue them? how to screw the winding wheel and the click? Maybe a brass bushing in the jewel holes? Same for the winding wheel and click. Threaded brass insert?
