Building this Eilean 1936.

Sourcing the following parts:



The bezel is bronze. I’m going to work it a plating company and do a browner gold plating on the hands, bezel, and crown after engraving. Hoping to be able to engrave the side of the case as well.

Then, in place of the bronze medallion on the back, it will be a clear case back with this rose gold ETA 6497 movement seen through to use the similar color scheme. I have a dial maker working on the dial to have the same vertical line grooves as shown.

Should be interesting. Excited to see how it all turns out.
