45mm 3646 highly modified Jackson case. Being smaller it has a higher side profile. So the stance on the wrist is much higher. And 45s are harder to mod to my surprise and by my sour experience. This particular case took me more than 2 years to make it into its current condition. I am still not very satisfied with the current shape but there is not much left to save it. The only solution may be to shave it from the upper side but again due to my lack of access to cncs or to pro level lathes this is not a viable one for me. Anyways, this little fellow is still too much loved and I think deserves being decorated with a rollie dial by Belkin, a dsn movement with rollie plates, a mini fiddy see through case back from Gordon, an 8mm onion crown from Silix, and an M type Sternkreuz plexi. I had abricated a pair of stell lugbars which I will solder, and I will sew a 26x22mm strap I made with a 22mm rollie vintage buckle rep which I also made some 2 years ago. So much talking, now the pics.

I love this thread!
@NortON is that the Athaya case? I really want to build one of those.
@earloflondon that polish job looks incredible!
@dj57 is the red in the indices a clear coat over the lume? When I’ve tried adding red coloring to lume it usually kills it, but I’ve used red plexi crystals over dials with regular lume and it works well. Both the dial and the cookies look like perfection.

Thanks mate. Lots of elbow grease and polishing tips. And never being satisfied, that's the key I guess:)

When I worked on custom motorcycles we had a nickname for that. Smoothing out all the sharp edges and a perfect mirror finish- “mercury glass”. Sometimes with inspection holes drilled and single dome glass windows added in. An old Ducati or Vincent motor with this treatment looks amazing. Can’t wait to see the final build of this case!

My Ali 6152/1 + Cortebert 6498 with a ton of custom decoration + Belkin dial & hands + Kp0y caseback.
NW Crown will arrive today at the builder's place and should improve the looks by a lot. Maybe future NW tube install in the future, but for now, i think it looks amazing.
