Are the lugs really welded or glued. They have to be replaced for sure. I am making my arrangements to buy enough bronze to change the lugs with more correct ones and make lotsa buckles with the leftoversLaer wrote:I purchased a bronze lug watch from the following link.

Unexpectedly, the MMLP dial was included from the beginning.
It is quite an interesting build, but there are a few problems.
The crown is not screwed in.
It does not appear to be water resistant.
