That was done by Neckyzips based on the depth meter from Panerai.
I can do something similar too.
I myself prefer the one I posted in 3D but after I re design it first (too simple and blocky for my liking)

Yes, i felt that the first design was a little too blocky and simple for my liking but it certainly has homageforum DNA, the 3 piece case construction that we are all too familiar with.
For the second design, it felt sleek and a little out of the ordinary. The caseback is interesting, and once again contains a different homage forum DNA. If you didnt say panerai depth gauge, i would think it was somewhat more inspired by other brands...

better lug design (that's what I reckon)
I've been thinking about knurling the bezel and attaching the 3 pieces with screws (like an Egi)
Any crown guard suggestion?

Wow you've been busy Emilio, nice work!
I like the screw down case idea as I'd love it to be water resistant, at least swimmable. Low profile bezel looks nice so I'd vote to keep as is vs knurled.
I don't think a crown guard is needed as I see this as our take on the 6154 and would love to see a render with more tapering of the 4 corners. Maybe even some chamfers?
I'm excited with the progress though.

I think I know what you mean. That should be easy to change.
And maybe engraving the forum logo on the crown
