Beats me from the pictures. There is a thing at six o'clock, that may be the way to open it and swing out the movement.
I will take a look. Maybe it's just the front cover release?

The dial is made of ceramic and the sub seconds disk at 6 has fallen off (I have removed the hands).

There are two screws below the back cover too.

What's the history behind this?
My mother gave it to me many years ago. It comes from a flea market near Benidorm, where the retired British people go to live a new life.
