Finally, it runs, still have issues with one subdial coil, but it is for 5/100 sec and I don't care about it...

The dial configuration was originally like that? Did you have to turn it?

It was like that, no turning.
Unfortunately, gold color hands were broken... Probably it was extracted from gold case...
