Oh really? I sent a few emails during the past week to check in to ask a question and see if they are still shipping out orders, and I haven't received a response. I guess I will try to put in an order and see what happens. Hope they deliver.

I just placed the order! I hope this goes well.

Quick update. I just got the invoice and paid it. He/she said it would take about 5 days to ship out. I chose the EMS shipping over regular airmail. Fingers crossed it all goes quickly and smoothly.

Another update for those who are interested. Just received the tracking information about a week later. Now he/she just needs to get the package picked up or dropped off at the post office. Things are looking good so far though, hope it continues.

Please put the pics of the items so that we can assess the quality as per the real item, compared to the pics on the web. Thanks for the update

New update: I received the package today. I ordered a full built watch and a dial by itself. The watch was in the box with everything made to my customization options, but the dial was no where to be found. Not in the box, not in the wrapping, and not the in packaging bag.

Also, while taking off the screen protector to the domed plexiglass on the watch, the plexiglass completely came off the watch. Anyone have any advice on how to get it back onto the watch securely so it doesn't fall out again?

I was happy the order was processed and shipped in a timely fashion, but disappointed they did not ship out everything I ordered and there was a defect on the watch. I've already sent an email to Getat regarding this situation, we'll see if I get any help at all.

Sorry to hear that your order was not complete.
The plexi is an easy fix. You can glue it back in with Hypo-Cement, or if you are a little bit more courageous with UV-glue.

Thanks for the tip! I'll look into the Hypo-Cement. How would you apply it? Around the entire bottom edge, or side edge, or just a dab on 4 sides, or something different? I don't want to accidently have the glue overflow out from the sides of the glass or get onto the dial.

Sorry about the situation. Once again, there appeared to be a problem with Getat, this they should take care of immediately. Or else, people will be more cautious with the orders and stuff in the future. Anyway, the problem with the plexi is easy to solve. As Hako said
