Before you start looking for glue; it looks like you have a gasket in there. In which case, either Getat used too small plexi or the gasket is faulty or they didn't press the plexi in all the way in during assembly. If you don't want to send the watch back and have Getat fix it, which could take forever, you could try pressing the plexi back in either yourself or take it to some local watch place.

I came across with this issue several times. Getat does use smaller Plexi than needed and they fall out if you simply blow on them from inside of a case)
Yes, there's a plastic gasket installed that makes it senseless to glue a plexi on its place.
Moreover, his plexis are of a strange shape so that they steal a significant part of a visible area of a dial.
Proceeding from this I would recommend to replace the stock plexi to an appropriate one form cousinsuk, for example.

The plexi is an easy fix. You can glue it back in with Hypo-Cement, or if you are a little bit more courageous with UV-glue.
Thanks for the tip! I'll look into the Hypo-Cement. How would you apply it? Around the entire bottom edge, or side edge, or just a dab on 4 sides, or something different? I don't want to accidently have the glue overflow out from the sides of the glass or get onto the dial.

Let me know, thanks!

Here's a photo of the situation:

Hypocement dries transparent and can be applied to all the contact ring without any fuss since it's very runny.

If you mess up, it can be peeled off easily.

Yep, looking at the picture of the watch, I would also suggest to measure carefully the inner diameter with gasket in place with a caliper and choose a plexi being 0.1 to max 0.2 mm larger in diameter and just press it in. Choose a Sternkreuz HW or look at eBay for a „punaise“ crystal.
If you do not have a press, measure without gasket, choose same diameter or max 0.1 larger and glue in.
You do have to remove dial and movement for this operation.

Thanks for all the feedback!

So I tried pressing the plexiglass back into the watch with the gasket already in place. It holds the plexiglass very lightly, and doing something as simple as washing your hands will cause the plexiglass to fall back out.

What I'm thinking now is to get the Hypo Cement and put a very thin layer around the ring of the gasket and press the plexiglass back in and let it dry. Do you guys think that will do the trick?

Also, how do I get the underside of the plexiglass completely clean? There always seems to be some lint or speck of dust left over after I try getting it perfectly clean before pressing it back onto the watch whenever it falls out.

Thanks for the help everyone!

I ordered two different sizes of Sternkreuz plexis from Cousins when I wanted to replace mineral crystal on my mini fiddy case.
HW Sternkreuz 37.6 (HW376) and 37.8 to be able to go up/down in size to find a match.
1.61 pound each at that time, couple of years ago so it is really cheap.
Check your exact bezel inner size though and go for somewhat larger plexi as Hako already suggested.
If crystal going too hard then you can try to remove the sharp edge of the crystal if needed.

The result I got back than is shown below.

Awesome phantom dial with the plexiglass!

I took a look at the website but it looks to be based in the UK. Is there any websites that sell similar parts within the US?

International shipping times have been pretty bad using standard shipping during these times.

Does anybody have experience with the timelines at Getat? I ordered on Nov 25th, got a payment message two days later, I paid via paypal the same day but until now haven't received any shipment notice. They seem not too keen on answering emails. Do I have to be worried?
