The Lost Continent Of Customer Service

Ahhh, Atlantis. Lost place of legend.

No longer lost, I found they have what has become a lost level of customer service.

I found a watch on C24. As has become my cautious habit, I contacted the dealer directly, since my experiences with the 24 have been . . . less than exemplary

I got a nice lady on the phone, explained that I was resident of that far-off unknown place called Canada and told her about the watch. She politely asked if she could call me back, as she had customers in the store.

And she did, less than an hour later. I told her that I had seen the watch on Chrono 24 but did not see it on their webpage. She confirmed they did indeed have it. We chatted, we haggled, she sent a PP invoice, which I (cringed at because of the damned exchange rate) then paid.

The next day, I had my watch, just like that.

The day after *that* she called to confirm I had it and was happy with it.

Just, like, wow, man.

Seriously recommend you give them a try.
