My latest experience with alibaba:
Ordered lamps, Customs denied import and since last November I am trying to get my money back.
Customs send goods back, brought certificates from Customs stating import denial reasons and that they sent goods back, seller agrees to refund in the messaging system, but alibaba has not (yet) released the money....

Sucks! Forget these mofos then.
