Stolen watches of members

Post by toofsy »

I was victim of a buglary in my flat (Lyon-France) on the 1st of December 18...they left with almost all my watches (27) except my PAM111, and 6152...I took a picture one week before the event...it could be a good idea to put it there.

The more frustrating is the job done on my own built and all the homemade straps...

I feel for you and you have all my sympathy
A beautiful watch that I ordered from KPoY was recently lost (:cough: :cough: stolen....) by the post office and I was so angry and sad...I can only imagine how you feel about losing all those watches and straps (plus having thieves going through your personal stuff...).
J'espère que tu vas les retrouver....on ne sait jamais!

I feel for you 😥

At least these pictures will help the Police identify the goods when recovered.

Been there years ago, it's a pain in the ass.

My loss was something like $12.000. I was able to convince the insurance company and they paid about half that amount.
All the work, time and effort was lost forever.

Now I have a system installed, combined with a 9mm within reach.

Thanks guys...I'm waiting for the insurance feedback and the amount they will decide to pay. Thanks to PayPal I was able to provide the expert with a lot of invoices of the small (or higher...) amount (ie nightwatch or athaya parts). For sure with WU and reps it's more difficult...
I know I will be refund less than the half. I have to replace 2 door-windows from the balcony and I'm going to install a home alarm system.

It is a pity that this happened to you(((
I wish insurance to help!
Try to look at the situation differently - the thieves took the clock, but you remained alive and healthy! .
You will buy a new watch and everything will be fine.
Everything comes back in this life - bad people are bad, good is good ...
I produce cool buckles for watches, decorative inserts in straps and metal keepers. My site: https://straps-buckles.com
