A question for the watch makers and a lesson for me

A while back, I bought a non working vintage dive watch (keyless issues) with this movement ... no sure what brand it is .... I don’t recognize the logo
So here is the wonky thing...
Position 1 on the stem is winding like you would expect any movement to be.....
Position 2....which I didn’t know existed for a while is time change.... it’s a little tricky to get to from position 1.
Position 3 is date change.
For the longest time I was going from position 1 to 3 and 3 to 1.... wondering how the heck to change the time. Then I figured out the position 2 was there... and viola.
What brand movement is this?
