How often do they get together? and how can I found out about future events? I would love to meet the guys behind this brand.

Thought I would kick start this again. You get invited by personal invite. If you purchased a watch from them that year you get an invite.
They recommend a few hotels to stay in and they pick you up so you can drink and chat without any issues:)
