I still have my Oyang case unfinished, haven't been able to find a machine shop which can create the hole in the massive threaded brass piece, not formed and soldered the wire lugs either.

I wonder how to proceed with the massive threaded brass lump.....
It is already threaded and how to make it a useable movement ring without messing up the threads.

Anyone out there who has/had this problem?

It would be great to hear the solution.

that’s a good question, I never did it. but I would build a opposite part where to screw the brass lump inside and than use a lathe. you could use a short metal pipe give it a inside thread like the same as the brass lump
