Just finishing up my 3rd case set - learning as I go. On this one I even remembered to position the crown tube properly so that the coronet is upright when fully tightened....

Hopefully I'll soon have all of the dials / parts in house to finish these builds. I need to work on my logistics & procurement methods!

What's the consensus on the lug bars here? I seem to prefer drilling the lugs out to 2mm and rotary sanding 2mm stainless rod just enough for a snug fit. To my eye the larger lug bar ends are nicely proportioned with the case - just curious what others prefer.

Nice work

By the way, you solved the well known Rolex “imperfection” with their crowns (except on their Sky-Dweller). That’s what disturbs me too. For me it’s all about symmetry. This is the reason why I like submariner no date more than the date.
This crown non-alignment won’t be fixed since Rolex hasn’t identified it as an issue.
