This guy is my hero, definitely an artist..... I first stumbled on his brand when I was looking up how to pad print dials...

Then I went to his web site to see his watches. His movement is the thing that really caught my eye.

Wow ... that is some nice and unique work! The over size balance wheel is really cool, but why not go with a higher quality KIF shock system? Reminds me a little of the new in-house Frédérique Constant in-house movements, with that prominent balance wheel at the 6 o'clock position.

However, if I were to stretch out to $26K for an independent makers ... my preference would be H.Moser ... their movements are just under rated and the price at which you can pick one up in grey market is tempting.

He is a one man company and simply amazing because he finish up his watches mostly by himself, other than parts which is outsource. Just like our talented crafters/members who put together a piece of great build which is most admirable as you can imagine how much time have been put into each watch or build!

If I didn't remembered wrongly, there's an interview of him producing his own chronograph movement within a year which many companies will take 3 to 5 years for a New movement and that's impressive.

Anyway, heard the waiting lists for his watches are few years time already, good luck to those who are acquiring one .
