Cool Vintage Tool watch

Hi guys

I recently saw this cool looking vintage dive watch from the 70's over at the bay. With the case side profile shape like a hamburger.

It was know as the Aquadive 1000 aka Discosub. After doing some research on the net, it sparks my interest further. With many brands from the seventies which share the same design case/specs. I particularly like the colour scheme of this Black dial yellow hands Aquadive version.

Am posting this thread in hope that you guys know something about this watches and share it with me.

Also will definitely like to have one in my collection in the near future!

So will appreciate that anyone of you will point me to the direction if you guys happen to see one of this watch.

Attached is the pic that I got it from the net.

Thanks in advance, guysImageImage

I saw that one on eBay as well, love the brand. I'm not familiar with that specific model, but the link below is a great read on the history of the company. I will be adding one to my collection as well down the road.

Aquadive made a lot of cool looking divers in the 60's/70's. Jenny is another cool brand that made similar designs.

Hi Guys,

A heads up for anyone who are interested and buying this watch. Have just read that back in 2013, some watch enthusiasts from other forum found out that there are quite a few non genuine pieces circling around with same serial numbers & with some details difference from the real McCoy!

Keep your money safe ya!
