is it normal rotation?

Hi guys! I have a question about oscillating weight spinning? I have a feeling it does not spin normal and has weak rotation. What do you think? It is Sellita SW200-1 movement.

It looks a bit slow, like it hesitates.

Thank you! I thought the same. Possible reasons? Debris? Magnetism?

Could be that the whole mechanism is dry and that it would benefit from some lubrication.

There are possibly more reasons, a too strong mainspring, bad rotor bearing...
