Hello everyone,

I am interested in building 6152 RP Dial with no CG in near future. This type of the watch has been on my radar for a while, especially the one below.

I assume this watch has plexi inserts due to dark brown numbers and indices (due to radiation). I think this dial (above) is from 3646 watch and it was installed into 6152 for early watch case test purposes. After passing the tests, and when these watches got into "small production", the dials were changed to 3rd generation (picture below, 1953 sandwich dial).

Where can I source 6152 case with matching crown? (just collecting information, not trying to buy yet).

I know Athaya has 6154 cases for sale, but I assume the cases are not the same.

Best ever possible case for this is davdew. Its a perfect piece,but no more available. Looking for one myself

Best you can do is put up a wanted ad, but, to be honest, your chances will be small.

Indeed, but you have to take away a lot of material on the 4 sides to establish the crease and then you have to chisel out the pointy egg shape recess for the crown.

Still a lot of work to get right, also in the crown area.

Still a lot of work to get right, also in the crown area.

This is a very tricky one.
Look the grooves around the crown area. Only chance is to weld them.
The 6152 is a bit elusive at the moment.
