Dual Time movements

I've been looking for a project watch / movement for quite a while. I don't want a GMT movement, I'd rather have two separate times displayed at the same time, one full size and the other on a subdial.
My ultimate grail watch being the Blancpain Villeret double time zone, I'm looking for something similar.

I found several watches that were using the Sea-Gull ST2545 which is practically what I was looking for, but didn't find any useful information or sources for purchasing the movement.

I saw a video on YouTube showing a really cheap watch showing an interesting movement that can practically show any two different timezones and each can be adjusted separately, anyone can help identify this movement? It was really surprising to see this function in such a cheap movement... is there any other movement with a similar function but more reliable? the one shown in the video looks like it won't last long.

I would appreciate it if you could also point me in the right direction as I didn't find any other movement that can do similar things.

Its interesting for sure but I always felt a good GMT was good enough for me. I think if you keep looking you will find an affordable movement that works for you. I like the seagull they have always been reliable for me.

Thank you! I searched for 2545 so didn't see this listing before, I'm going to do have to do another round of searches with TY2545!

I found the very cheap ones on AliExpress (the one in the video), I might order one just to see how the movement works up close but I don't think it's reliable enough for a project watch...

I found one watch that uses the seagull, but didn't like the case, I will search some more to see if I can find better alternatives
